Regina - Financial Coordinator
Ciao! My job gives me the best of everything here in Dr. King's office. I went to Palm Beach State in 2008 for Healthcare Administration and am certified for orthodontic expanded duties. Our patients are so important to me; they have such good hearts. I just love working with them while the metamorphosis of their new smile takes shape. I work at the front desk and handle finances and insurance and I'm likely going to be the person who greets you first! I consider it an important part of my job to make sure each patient gets the most out of their insurance benefits. Dr. King's thirst for knowledge is something I greatly respect. He is right on top of making the most recent cutting edge technology his own through research & hours of educational study. He is inspirational and he's the best!
We have a real family atmosphere here. It's one thing to 'have to' work & quite another to love your job! You will love this orthodontic family just as we do.
Jeremy and I both feel that family is everything. Together we enjoy boating & in the winter we love skiing. We are actively involved in our church and enjoy volunteering with Hospice of Palm Beach.
Lori - Professional Relations Coordinator
I started working for Dr. King in 2002 and really enjoy my job because I am able to arrange many events and parties for our office and our patients as well as handling internet marketing and advertising. I also make sure you know how to find us! Working with this group is extremely enjoyable because everyone here cares about one another. Organizing all the 'fun stuff' and then attending events with staff and our patients is very rewarding as we are able to watch them really enjoy themselves. It is also a privilege to work with Dr. King who makes it all happen. Work = FUN! Who knew? My entire family owes our beautiful smiles to him.
My amazing husband Mark and I have a son, Taylor and a daughter, Alissa, as well as a Yorkie Poo named Charlie. On a personal note, I love making people laugh, whether or not they want to!
Ashley - Treatment Coordinator
I started working with Dr. King in 2000 and I know you're going to love our team: it's like having a second family for me! It's my pleasure to welcome new patients, coordinate financial plans and work at the front desk. I spend time with families on a very personal level while they learn about the treatment process. It feels really good to work together making treatment available and affordable for all families. We are then able to work as a team and have patients become our friends while we get to know them and they get to know us. I am trained in each of the orthodontic positions so there may be a day that I will actually work on your braces. Dr. King has an unbelievable dedication and passion for what he does.
My husband Andy and I have two sons, Jaxson and Ryan. They are the center of my world! I used to think I had a LOT of energy until Jaxson showed me what real energy is!!! With Ryan, well I just try to keep up. We also love our dog, Shadoe, and our Kitty. I love being a mom and spending time watching my boys grow. In our spare time we love to spend time outdoors as a family and enjoy life.
Donna - Clinic Leader
Well howdy! I assist chair side, organize the clinic and lab, and maintain clinic supplies and order. While working with patients I will always be joking around; I feel it is my personal goal to make patients feel comfortable and at ease. They're all such great kids! I love putting the smile-transforming braces on a patient who is excited about the creation of their new smile. Then I love the moment when the braces come off and we all get to see the happy reaction of each patient. My boss is very innovative with his practice and his treatment for the patients. I love knowing that Dr. King has the highest standard for his patients and I have watched him uphold that standard for over 25 years.
I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend Scott and my lovable dog and cuddly cat. I also love camping in the everglades. I can impersonate the bark and growl of a dog like it was the real thing. Check it out on YouTube by searching for Roy King.
Melissa - Clinical Assistant
Rarely are you able to work with a team you truly like. I feel tremendously grateful for the education Dr. King has given me through direction, training and continuing education. What is most rewarding for me though, is working with patients and easing them into their treatment journey. If they are unsure or nervous about what to expect they begin treatment we are able to start treatment together as I explain each step while we take it! The family atmosphere makes working here pleasant and rewarding.
My dog and cat are my kids and I adore them! I love to be active, so anything outdoors... COUNT ME IN! The best part of life is family and good friends and that is what I enjoy the most. Working with teammates I really like, well that's just a bonus!
