Testimonials/Online Reviews
The first time you come to our office, you can expect to be seen within five minutes of arrival. Yes, that is special treatment, but it is Dr. King's policy that no patient waits longer than five minutes on ANY visit. So, you can schedule your day confidently!
Your first visit will be exciting, since it is the first step after making your decision to improve your smile! You'll come to our office and receive personal treatment as our "Director of First Impressions" greets you. If you have completed your online patient information prior to arrival, you will then meet Dr. King, our staff and see our office.
Feel free to click the link below if you would like to consult the official school calendar prior to calling the office to schedule an appointment.

Your first visit may include one or all of the following four procedures:
- A thorough examination of your teeth and bite by Dr. King.
- You will visit our records room for diagnostic photographs.
- A panoramic X-ray utilizing the latest in low dose digital equipment.
- A presentation of diagnosed orthodontic problems and the treatment resolution.
Understanding that your time is valuable, treatment can be expedited by reserving time to complete all diagnostic procedures during the same visit, taking approximately one hour. The fact is, Dr. King understands the importance of this decision and welcomes you to start with simply the initial examination or complete all four necessary diagnostic steps up to and perhaps even including placement of braces (depending, of course, on available appointment time).
While general questions about treatment can be answered during the initial examination, we will address specific areas after careful analysis of the diagnostic records. We feel it is important to analyze each patient's specific needs, because in-depth planning leads to superior results and your complete satisfaction.
Our policy is for each patient to have a clear understanding of the following when leaving our office:
- What specifically would be involved in your orthodontic treatment plan
- An estimate of how long treatment will take
- What the expense will be, along with budget friendly payment options
You will receive a summary letter of Dr. King's findings and a copy of the financial arrangements so you can communicate to family members that were unable to attend the visit.
We can't wait to meet you and we are sure you will have a great feeling about our office and leave with complete confidence in Dr. King and his team!
